📏 Absorbency Guide

Choose the lowest absorbency that matches your menstrual flow, and change tampons regularly.

🕒 How to Use

1. Wash your hands before and after inserting or removing a tampon.

2. Unwrap the tampon and gently pull the removal string to ensure it is secure.

3. Relax and insert the tampon carefully, following the instructions in the enclosed leaflet.

4. Change your tampon every 4–8 hours, depending on your flow.

5. Remove the tampon by gently pulling the removal string.

6. Wrap the used tampon in toilet paper and dispose of it in household waste—do not flush.

If a tampon is difficult to remove, it may not be fully saturated. Wait a little longer or choose a lower absorbency tampon next time.
