🧬 Bacterial Blend

Each capsule contains a combined total of 5 billion CFU from the following bacteria:

👐 Recommended Use

Adults and children aged 6 years and older: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably before a meal, with a glass of water.

Do not take with hot food or drinks.
