👐 How to Insert a Test Strip

Remove one CONTOUR PLUS test strip from the vial. Close the vial cap tightly immediately after removing the strip.

Hold the test strip with the grey square facing upwards and pointing towards the blood glucose meter.

Insert the grey-square end firmly into the test strip port until the meter emits an audible signal.
