Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return it (following the steps above) and place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without providing a justification. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
