Hypnosol Forte is a food supplement formulated for your evening routine. Each capsule combines passionflower, California poppy, valerian and lemon balm extracts with L-theanine, L-tryptophan, magnesium, vitamin B6 and 1.9 mg of melatonin.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep when at least 1 mg is taken close to bedtime. It also helps alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag when at least 0.5 mg is taken close to bedtime on the first day of travel and for the first few days after arrival at your destination.

For adults: Take 1 capsule daily shortly before bedtime with water.
The beneficial effect of melatonin on sleep onset is obtained with at least 1 mg taken close to bedtime. For travel-related circadian-rhythm disruption, take the capsule close to bedtime on the first day of travel and during the first few days after arriving at your destination.
